These terms govern sales of equipment and supplies by Tamir Medical SolutionsLimited. Placing an order (online, by phone, WhatsApp or email) constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Quotations & pricing

Prices on this website are indicative and subject to stock availability. Formal quotations issued by our sales team are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude delivery and installation unless expressly quoted.

Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once our team verifies stock and agrees payment terms (pay on delivery, bank transfer or M-Pesa). Institutional buyers may request official invoices and credit terms subject to approval.

Delivery & installation

Delivery timelines are confirmed per order. Equipment requiring installation is commissioned by our technicians at handover. Transit is insured; please inspect goods on arrival.

Warranty & returns

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Consumables must be unopened and within expiry for return. Faults reported within the warranty period are serviced or replaced per the manufacturer's terms.
